1. Custom Fabricated Products

Many of our products are custom fabricated based on client specifications, including:

  • Stainless steel work tables
  • Kitchen hoods
  • Commercial cookers
  • Stainless steel sinks
  • Food trolleys
  • Custom kitchen equipment

Because these products are made specifically for each customer:

Custom fabricated products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once fabrication or material procurement has started.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review and confirm all specifications before approving production.

2. Standard Products (Return Eligibility)

For non-custom or standard products, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, under the following conditions:

  • The product is new or slightly used
  • The product is in good working condition
  • The product has not been installed, heavily used, altered, or modified

📌 Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.

Proof of purchase may be required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

After review, Wings Stainless Craft may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Partial or full refund

4. Product Condition for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • New products
  • Slightly used products in good condition

Returned items must:

  • Be in good working condition
  • Not show signs of heavy use, misuse, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • You wish to exchange for another product (subject to approval)

📌 Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

6. Return Method

Returns can be completed through the following methods:

  • In-store return
  • Drop-off at an approved location

Customers will receive instructions after submitting a return request.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom fabricated products once production has started
  • Products that have been installed, heavily used, or modified
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

8. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible
  • Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days after approval
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Wings Stainless Craft reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.

Shipping or transport costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before fabrication or material procurement begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation may incur partial charges to cover incurred costs
