  1. Custom Fabricated Products

  Many of our products are custom fabricated based on client specifications, including:

  • Stainless steel work tables
  • Kitchen hoods
  • Commercial cookers
  • Stainless steel sinks
  • Food trolleys
  • Custom kitchen equipment

  Because these products are made specifically for each customer:

  ❗ Custom fabricated products cannot be returned or refunded once fabrication has started.

  Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review and confirm all specifications before approving fabrication.

  2. Standard Products

  For non-custom or standard products, returns and exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The product is new or slightly used
  • The product has not been heavily used, installed, or modified

  Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items

  If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

  You may be required to provide:

  • Your order details
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

  After review, Wings Stainless Craft may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation

  4. Product Condition for Returns

  We accept returns for:

  • New products
  • Slightly used products

  Returned products must still be in good condition. Items that show significant wear, misuse, or damage may not qualify for a return.

  5. Exchanges

  Wings Stainless Craft accepts exchanges for eligible products.

  Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The customer prefers to exchange the product for another item

  Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

  The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom fabricated equipment once production has started
  • Products that have been heavily used, installed, or modified
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

  7. Refund Process

  If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after approval

  Wings Stainless Craft reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.

  8. Order Cancellations

  Orders may be cancelled before fabrication begins.

  If fabrication or material procurement has already started, cancellation may result in partial charges to cover production costs.
